Bringing customer advocacy to life

Giving TrueBiz's customers a voice through case studies, webinars and announcements, and building the narrative behind its product launches.
October 30, 2026

The challenge

TrueBiz is a merchant risk platform and a Mastercard-approved merchant monitoring provider. It gives risk, compliance and underwriting teams at acquirers, payment processors and payfacs a full picture of a merchant's digital footprint in under 30 second, from onboarding to continuous monitoring.

The team had spent several years building a loyal, engaged customer base that relied on TrueBiz every day and saw it as a vital part of how they work. The product team was shipping regularly too, with several launches planned for the year.

Mesa Growth stepped in to bring that customer advocacy to life through case studies, announcements and webinars. Alongside that, we set the foundations of TrueBiz's narrative and positioning, so each new launch had a clear story behind it.

Our customers have always been our best advocates. Stephanie gave them a way to say it in their own words, through case studies, our first webinar and a steady run of announcements. That's been far more convincing than anything we could say about ourselves.
